The hotel is extremely dated and in poor condition. Both the exterior and interior need to be completely remodeled.

The facilities are well maintained. Everything was clean.

Mosquitoes

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The room was cozy and perfect for relaxing. While I wish there had been more activities available and some areas of the property could use a bit of care, the pool was really cool and still a lot of fun to enjoy. Overall, I had a great experience thanks to the wonderful team!

The pool was actually a 25 yard pool that you could do laps in. Very large gym with all the equipment. Very clean and quiet, perfectly nice place. It did not have coffee in the room or at reception. Coffee and snacks were available at the gym at 8am.

People were extremely nice and helpful

The only major thing we had to complain about was housekeeping cleaning our room when we had a do not disturb sign on the door and leaving the door open and unlocked.

They need to improve their facilities, their customer service and enable restaurants for breakfast and dinner. They must also improve their facilities and areas with more fun. The hotel is very boring since there is nothing to do in it.

Quiet. Nice pool area. Shame mini golf not cared for. Very few dining options. At a resort expect more and also beverage options for adults.

The place is a bit off the beat and track, but our room was more than I expected. It was quite nice. We only stayed for a night before taking a ferry to Culebra, but they have very nice grounds and pools to take advantage of if you stay a while. Coffee and a few breakfast items available at the smoothie shop on the property.

My stay was very relaxing due to wonderful staff and they are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay very much.

I I wanted to like it . But first day we asked staff to replace batteries to the remote control . They had a basket full of batteries that they sell there right behind the desk!!!! Didn’t do anything never sent anyone to fix it . The room is a mix match of left over furniture . Asked for extra blanket after they told me to adjust air conditioning they have it to me . Over all everything looks like it hasn’t been painted or taken care off . Not worth the price .

The pools were amazing and the views were spectacular

Room smelled moldy, and had broken windows. They did fix the windows when asked. Restaurant was closed when we arrived, limited options for snacks or anything to purchase. Just not a very comfortable or welcoming place.
