Great hotel! It was clean, had such a fun feeling along with a fancy feeling. Play room for the kiddos with an arcade, outside playground and 2 pools! It was a nice time there and definitely will be back!

We were in town for our daughter’s AAU tournament at Spooky Nook. Everything was great. I was able to wash her basketball uniform after her games each day. That was very convenient. Overall, we had a great time. Thanks again for your hospitality. You will see us again. Take care!

It was clean and comfortable but there was dance competition that was the same weekend so the lobby and common areas were packed and chaotic. Also if you think you can check in when the room is ready you can’t you pay extra $90 for even an hour earlier.

Phone in room didn't work, no hotel directory, had to call the desk with our cell phone to get the wifi password. No hot water to shower with one of the mornings. Complimentary coffee one morning, but not the next morning, Nobody at the front desk for extended periods of time in the morning.

Rude people staying in the hotel. Security tried to get a handle on the children that were running around unsupervised till all hours of the night. Housekeeping was nowhere to be found. Had to constantly ask for towels and toilet paper.

THE SUPPOSEDLY HANDICAP ROOM THEY GAVE US FIRST WAS TERRIBLE. BATHTUB, NO VANITY (JUST PLAIN SINK) NO PLACE TO PUT YOUR THINGS, NO TOWL BAR NEAR THE SINK. YOU HAD TO WASH YOUR HANDS THEN TURN AROUND AND WALK ABOUT 15 STEPS FOR TOWL. (NOT GOOD WITH DRIPPLING HANDS) NO PLUGS. HAD TO PUT COFFEE POT ON CHAIR TO MAKE COFFEE (BECAUSE THERE WAS NO COFFEE IN THE LOUNGE)

Stayed 3 nights for a dance competition. Check in was very quick, however, the girls at the front desk didnt know where my room was and directed me to a map. Upon entering the building, the trash was piled high and overflowing outside the entrance and smelled horrible. Luggage carts had flat or worn tires and were almost useless! My room was on the first floor. The thermostat took some convincing to work but we had a great talk and it finally obeyed. Only options were heat at 72 or AC at 71 and below. Now, the absolutely disgusting part...shower tile was full of red mold, ceiling had black mold, and the bathroom floor still had hair from a previous person. I ran hot water on the shower with some shampoo to make myself feel a little better. When I went to turn down the bed(1030pm), the mattress protector came off the mattress and I saw what could have been dried blood, feces, vomit, or red mold on the side of the mattress. Slept in the other queen as I was alone that night. Next morning, asked front desk for a new room but they were full. Staff asked if housekeeping could rotate the mattress so stains would be at my feet. I laughed and said sure. Never happened, so I had to do myself. TV kept losing connection so I gave up. Front desk was never attended! Finally, spoke with Asst. GM Sunday night at 845pm. He said he would speak with manager and call me. Have not heard from anyone. Stay away! $667 for 3 nights and I've had a migraine since Saturday at 2am! Book elsewhere!

The suite we booked was very spacious but not cleaned. I had to wipe down counters and bathrooms w disinfecting wipes. lots of red glitter was all over the bedroom area (not ours) and it appeared to not have been vacuumed at all. good news was i did not find any bed bugs. Needless to say if ever having to be at this venue again we will be staying elsewhere.

At check in front desk staff was not helpful. I could not understand what she was saying or pointing to for room direction. Had a room move after second night, I was aware of the move, I asked at check in, as advised when reservation was made, if I could stay in the same room, she said I couldn’t. Upon check out to check into new room a second desk agent told me I could stay in the same room. She advised she would let housekeeping know the room was not a check out but a make/ service. I returned after be out to a room that had not been serviced and no clean towels. I called the front desk I told them what happened I was asked in a not so nice way “what do you need” at that point it was late so I just asked for towels and trash bags as ours were full. They did bring them. I also received a text upon checking in that stated if I needed anything to reply to the text, I responded with an extra blanket would be lovely— never received it. Finally, before check out I went to the lobby area to grab coffee and a sandwich only to find out they didn’t have the staff to open the little coffee area. What?! Sorry but I didn’t expect this from Wyndham or from a place that houses events with a lot of people attending. You need to do better.
