I liked most of the staff, especially Angelijka and the restaurant staff. I had allergy problems in my room right from the start though. I vacuumed it myself but things didn't get better and I was constantly sneezing and blowing my nose. So didn't sleep well. At least they waived the 20e parking fee (which is higher than most other places downtown). Disappointing.

The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Checking in was easy too. The rooms are not air conditioned, but there is a fan that you can use if needed, and tge window opens for fresh air. The shower was great- a rain shower option or a handheld wand, with hot water. Lots of places to sit in the lobby or grab a bite to eat.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance. The only thing that would have made the stay better would be AC as it was a hot weekend, but there was a fan provided by the hotel.

All the staff were so helpful in the reception and foyer. What a pleasure what absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel.

The spa, sauna. Complimentary bottled water. Easy parking. Delicious restaurant and breakfast buffet. Upscale bedding very comfortable. Clean and friendly staff.

It was a great spot. Staff was kind and accommodating. The pool, sauna and hot tub are fantastic. Great location! Definitely get something to eat a Doughboys across the street!

Very noisy, didn’t managed to sleep one of the two nights. Room carpet had many stains. Breakfast tasteless, very chaotic (staff argue) and dirty tables. Over expensive for the service and quality provided.

Well placed hotel, elegant reception, friendly and helpful staff and very nice room.

Loved it. The only negative was that the rooms aren't too well sound proofed, so there was quite a lot of corridor noise.

Hotel was extremely clean and in a convenient area. Walkable to all the main attractions. Only think was the breakfast buffet was good but it would have been nice to have different options and the staff at the restaurant be more attentive.
