The unsatisfying experience started from the check-in. At first, we talked to the receptionist. And then he said his shift would end and another person would help me check in. This guy, did not see us when talking, wore a clothes that looked like he just showed up from a bar drinking. Second, we we already got a room, we just wanted to rest until a guy (different guy from before) knocked our door. I said “wait a sec”, but he kept knocking and I think he did not know what patient is. He just open the door rushing in to my room. The hell with his attitude. Fortunately, we applied the chain lock so he could not go directly into our room. He said he just need to put a snack into the fridge... We were completely shocked in a very bad way. Hope nobody would experience this in the future.
