Hotel had 2 ice machines, neither that worked and front desk had know idea. Had go buy bag of ice. They had no salt or pepper for breakfast , lady in breakfast area had no clue what i was asking for. They second floor was full of drunks and noisy. And very strong odor of marijuana this was one of worst stay at a Wingate hotel.

The hotel was ok, The tub was crusty had to clean myself and I had to wipe the place down with Clorox wipes. The room smelled weird so I had to ask for air spray. The ice machine was BROKEN on the 3 floor and 1 floor. The stay was ok!!

Stay was good. Breakfast needed additional toaster as 2 for support for guests. The one toaster was not functioning properly. Also a 2nd waffle machine is needed to accommodate the long line of guests waiting and waiting and waiting.

It was fine, but not a place I would highly recommend

Clean, quiet, close to hershey and the staff was very nice! We liked our stay :)

Upon arriving to the hotel and checking out our first room we quickly asked for another room and to address the issues. We were given another room but it was a older hotel and room that smelled like moth balls. I noticed the room did not have a hair dryer or things that are normally provided for families. The ice machines were broken and never had any ice.

Room was a good value.

Check in and out were courteous and prompt. The room was spacious and clean. My only disappointment was that the breakfast was not fully stocked at 8am. Cereal and bread choices were down to one and was told they were out of the orhers. In general this is a good hotel. I'd stay there again.

The man at the desk was snotty. The room was nasty. The shower curtain stain the front desk. People were very rude. Did not show hospitality did not offer a room service for tiles and coffee. Had to go to the front desk and pick up towels and shower curtain that should’ve been installed by the hotel Very displeased would not recommend this hotel to no one

Property not kept

It was adequate. Nothing horrible like other reviews. The property is dated. Breakfast was adequate. Nothing special. Reasonably clean.

When we stayed over the Easter weekend the room rate was much lower. This weekend the rates were ridicules. Friday June 27 2025 $194.65 and Saturday June 28 2025 $221.00 Tax $45.47 total $456.90 for a room that wasn't as clean and need repair in the Bathroom, Than last time we stayed. Will seriously have to think about it we will stay here again. Easter weekend was great that's why we stayed again.

Bathroom shower handle was broken and shower did not look clean. Overall the room has great space distribution for the price.

The desk cleric put us into smoking room but said it was non-smoking and sprayed the room with air freshener, insisting the smell was from guests running the heater. We pointed out it was 90 degrees that day. The heater/ac unit did not smell. Eventually he put us in a non/smoking room.

Main issue my mother and I had was that once we checked into our room the toilet was not flushing properly. Informed the front desk explaining what happened the maintenance person would take about half an hour to arrive and possibly longer to fix after arriving. We were able to get another room but instead of two beds we had to take the 1 king sized. Other than that everything else was fine.
