Property was good, clean and ready at check in time

Lovely position and great time so quiet for the area as I reside close by and am definitely in hopeful going stay here again.

Lovely place as always

The manager was very helpful on check in and I was impressed that every room had a balcony. Parking was a breeze and I slept in one of the most comfortable bed for a long time. Well done guys. I WILL BE BACK! Billy

I booked two nights at this property. Was shocked at the room - ground floor, dingy, dated, faced the busy road. You couldn’t tell you were beside the ocean. After taking a walk on the esplanade, my daughter and I returned to check out and find another location. Luckily able to find another last minute option for our stay. Individual at the desk seemed put off we were leaving. No refund offered. Also seems like property is also a long term stay/apartment. Back yard overlooked construction site and pool and area less than inviting. Subsequent email with property to outline my concerns and to request a refund was responded with saying there were other rooms available (not offered) and blamed construction and weather impacts (neither under their or my control). Note: I had already posted a review - went to look for it but seems to have been removed. If you do choose to book, recco you look at assigned room before paying/committing.

Spacious rooms. Clean, quiet, near a bakery, cafe, and Coles supermarket. A few minor issues: the toilet seat was the wrong size and wasn't fixed to the pedestal; TV had 'no signal ', with no instructions about how to fix this.

Friendly service. Allowed us to check in very early as we needed to empty car to drop family off at airport. Comfy bed. Only downfall was we tried to use spa but wasn’t able to start it. Value for price paid.

Great hotel in the heart of Miami next to shops and the beach.

Was a great and easy stay

The property is alright for the price , the noice and dirty around the area. Was full of construction not there fault .building very old needs renovating. Cleaning needs to be better bathroom cupboards dirty not wiped out shower sill needed to be cleaned near window . The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly..customer service was great.

Walking distance to beach and club for a meal. Room clean and tidy

Nice, simple, clean accommodation. 2 mins from the beach, shops and restaurants. Would stay again.

My first stay at The Outrigger. Check in and parking was easy. I was assigned a room on the ground floor overlooking the garden and pool area. It was very relaxing and walking distance to.shops, surf club and the beach. The room was very clean, comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again!

It is in a very good location. Friendly service and close to transport backed by a quiet room.
