Overall it was generally a quiet place to stay you get your privacy , the staff ask you daily if you needed anything. I will definitely come and stay there again when in Warnambool . It is an affordable place to stay particularly in these costs of living times , only thing is they didn't have an eftpos machine for paying via iPhone but otherwise loved it !! Staff were lovely too. Accessible to everything

Comfortable stay in a hotel that is somewhat dated. Reception was pleasant and helpful.

Check in was good. The receptionist was lovely.However,the room shocked me.It was tired and dated.The bathroom was appalling.The shower was over the bath, it felt unsafe with no non slip mat and believe it or not a shower curtain. There was no plug for the hand basin, and it did'nt appear clean.The carpet was thread bare and dusty and dirty. On a positive note....It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.Would I recommend this place, NO it was disappointing.

Enjoyed the privacy of the courtyard layout. Room was large and well.modernised. Car park spaces were a tight fit - perhaps some dedicated spaces are needed specifically for small and large vehicles?

Owner very friendly & rooms very big

Bit dirty. Old cheap furnishings. Restaurant closed and doing renovations (which we only found out about after booking). However, room was spacious and satisfactory.

Good location,large room very clean

Lovely modern frontage to the main road, receptionist was lovely, nice place to stop off at for the night if you're doing a road trip.

Property was in disrepair and outdated. Fridge did not work and had also the rooms had a bad smell

Allocated room that wasn't made-up. Allocated another room which had flooded bathtub over shower.

Clean and tidy and very private.

Room was OK but property needs some upgrading.

The location was perfect for walking around town for shopping and dining. Staff very friendly and helpful. Older style motel but very clean. Would stay again

I found the staff exceptional and the location was excellent

Roof maintenance being carried out, room and shower poor and not the politest staff at check in

Great sized room looks like therecwas some worknhoing on on the first level

TV did not work no reception, there was a microwave but no plates, spoons or cuttlery. The shower door was stuck and did not move and the toilet ran continiously. When moved to other room there was no hair drier. First room was outdated the 2nd room was refurbished. The other guests look like permanent residents and were very noisy. Staff were friendly and obliging
