Pulled out the sofa bed and it was covered in stains and the floor was covered in trash.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The complimentary breakfast bar has a good selection. Pros- Clean, spacious, stand in shower Cons- King size bed and couch too firm

Close to all of our needs

It was quiet and clean. All the staff was excellent. Breakfast was meh, but worked. Loved the pool and hot tub. Especially appreciated front desk staff and the pool guy.

The room is very clean and spacious and the stuff is very friendly. Over all me and my family is safe here and I recommend this Hotel

The floor is dirty under the bed. We kept sneezing from the dusty floor under the bed.

Was alittle dirty when I got into the room and smelt like food or someone has been in the room.

Although it was not the front desk clerks' fault, no manager was on duty apparently, but we stood in line for 45 minutes to an hour waiting to check in. The couple in front of us, the clerk could not find the reservation, then the CC machine would not work so she asked them for cash, then an intoxicated male and female started to argue in the lobby, which was dirty, the room key machine would not make key cards so she was having to let people in their rooms....we did NOT stay and left to find another hotel after a six hour drive. Management was nonexistent and left the poor front desk girl on her own.

This hotel was disgusting. The furniture was stained. The ceiling was stained. The carpet was wet around the AC unit. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. The closet was a joke. Nonexistent really. I would never stay here again and I'd never ever recommend it. What a waste of money

A/C can be a bit better in noise level.
