Excellent customer service. The rooms were nice coukd have used sheets and blankets for the pull out. Overall very nice. We would recommend.

Rooms were nice and the option of a kitchen was nice. Not a lot going on around the hotel but it is nice and quiet in a safe neighborhood.

One of the night stand lights was flickering, the main remote thermostat didn’t work, the ac didn’t turn on automatically after setting a temperature, had to manually turn on and off the unit.

Clean, quiet, well organized and well stocked, it was the perfect room, that made for the perfect stay. I would recommend them to anyone staying in the Irvine area and would stay here again for business, anytime.
