The ac was extremely loud! The bed was uncomfortable! The rooms was old dated

Entrance is in serious need of an upgrade. Floors in room needed a good vacuum. That being said, bed and linens were super comfortable. Would stay again when I am JUST coming to sleep because the price makes it a good value.

The staff members are awesome, very supportive and kind. We were staying in Detroit for a family emergency that ended sadly so we so gratefully thank everyone especially the manager.

Was overall a good stay, wish that you didn’t need to stay a week for towels and cleaning. The freezer had a weird smell that would permeate the area. The workers were nice, hotel room was clean and serviceable.

Halls and lobby very basic, no coffee offered in lobby which was a major issue. Only one cup complementary in the room otherwise I would book again here.

Outdated without breakfast and room was dirty upon arrival. Only positive was the nice staff and cheap rate.

Ursula is wonderful. Always helpful, polite, delivering great customer service. I clean my own room. Housekeeping staff is nice.
