Great Service. Clean room. First room smelled of smoke, but we were moved and everything turned out well

The place was clean and staff friendly

We were in the area for a special event and needed an inexpensive place to stay. This fit the bill and worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great hotel and the staff is the best

Front desk lady was auper nice, great location close to the airport. The room had a very musty odor, could have been due to bathroom sink leaking, which i notice in the morning. Air conditioner and refrigerator are very loud. Not sure air-conditioning was properly working. Never seemed to get any colder. Was too tired to ask for new room

Nice and Cozy spot

This is my third year coming to Columbus for Sonic Temple and this is by FAR the nicest hotel I've stayed at. Everything looked and felt very modern and clean. I loved having the little kitchenette area in my room! All of the staff I encountered were super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying here and if I return for the festival next year, I'll just be re-booking here instead of having to shop around for another new hotel.

This place was exactly what I needed! The small kitchenette and available appliances was very handy! Will totally stay again if im in the area!

Had a good experience here. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Convenient to the interstate with multiple places to eat nearby. Hotel looks a little dated but was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was comfortable. I need a place to stay while working 20 minutes away. I love the stovetop in the room. I wished I brought my Moka pot. The staff was friendly and receptive.

The property was okay, a little bit old but the rooms were clean and nice for our stay especially the bed and pillows were very comfortable for relaxation. I also like the kitchen included, I will definitely stay there again in future. Highly recommended it , It wealth the money . Thank you too Expedia for helping me find this place.

Was good not bad

Absolutely everything you need is already in the room. You could live there if necessary. Full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap. Second time staying at Sonesta hotels and they don't disappoint!

Family stayed here was excellent

Service was efficient. I recommend another nightstand in each room.
