The hotel is gorgeous

Nice architecture, design is not old but not new. Outside area by the pool is lovely, cool and green. Hotel is pet friendly, which is why I stayed. Nice overall location. Parking is convenient and staff is super friendly

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Puebla. Limpio, cómodo, bien ubicado, buen restaurante y buen lobby bar. Si bien el hotel ya requiere una remodelación mayor a fondo, se sigue manteniendo como una buena opción.

Service here is amazing. The staff is super friendly, definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to puebla.

Convenient location, good facilities and excellent customer service

No doubt it was a nice hotel, room 1140 was spacious, but the bathroom looked old. Food was good and service was fast as there were very few other guests. The only little detail, Francisco, our waiter, promised he’ll provide a receipt of our consumption for a fiscal invoice, but that never happened.

Un poco vieja los cuartos

This is second time at this place, first I stayed at the suite and this time the premium suite but the heater wasnt wotking and it was really cold in Puebla, plus the beautiful toom had a gorgeous terrace but the foor to the pation had a gap and would not lock properly so the cold air was in the room all two nights..but they provided a portable heater , since the part for the unit will take 2/3 days. The main door latch was off centered to couldn't secure the front door, so they came and replaced it , they were lot of workers to come help sort all this little problems, kind of disappointing for an executive premium room to have these little uncomfortable issues. They should definitely take time to inspect thier quality of room conditions.

The staff was very accommodating and polite. Will define return to this hotel and I recommend it for families as well . M Cook
