Overall it was an average hotel stay. My sister came back to the room one day to find the deadbolt holding the door open - we’re assuming housekeeping was there. However, as a single woman this made her feel incredibly unsafe for the rest of the days she was there. She checked for her belongings and nothing was missing - but who knows how long the door was left open or who else may have peeked inside? She felt uneasy the rest of her stay.

Noisy AC room 311, hair in the bathroom, the lock of the bathroom was broken, the door hard to pull.needs maintenance room 319. My son had a seizure in the resto. No one of the staff asked me if i need help, i tried to manage myself with my poor english over the phone with the emergny and a panic situation

The location was deceiving on the description to book the room. I searched waterfront and it showed photos of water but it was 15mins away. False advertising. I was disappointed. The hotel itself was very nice. I enjoyed the pool and the room was great.

I had a room at the end of the hallway, but the closest to the highway, I barely slept because of the noise; also it was cold during the night like the windows were not closed but they were... not sure I am coming back here...

I was charged for a meal that I did not have in your restaurant and despite my attempts to try have it resolved. The hotel did not call me back or fix the issue.

Very clean and amazing food selection with buffet option.

Everything was good. I have celiac and the breakfast had more then enough for me to eat and it was tasty food. All of the staff were pleasent as well the pool was excellent. My only complaint was the maid. I asked her to leave 5 bath towels instead of four if possible and she said that was fine. She obly left three towels instead of five and only made one of the two beds and did not sweep the floor which was our fault but jad chips in one secrion. The quñity of the room cleaning was very poor.

Great hotel. Very clean with comfortable beds. Several restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff have all been great and have gone above and beyond to be helpful
