Best Western Plus Paris Saclay I called twice before our stay. Confirming that the rooms we had paid for When we got there, were given different types of room The room price was less, i was told that they would not credit the difference. The reservation was booked 8 months in advance. Charge for something we were not given..The staff in the front desk were super rude to us.

The Executive Room was fairly spacious and the king bed was big enough, but the bed was VERY uncomfortable. After 3 nights of sleeping on that bed both me and my wife have lower back pain. Time for the hotel to spend a little money and get a new king bed

The hotel is nice and clean. The staffs are friendly. Across the street you can find a supermarket, easy for shopping.

Great stay facilities were excellent

I didn't like anything. The air conditioner was barely cooling the room The refrigerator was broken. The safe is not working. I asked the service to fix the air conditioner and the safe. they came, check, and nothing happened after that. I believe this was one of my worst experiences, if it wasn’t the worst.

The room I had this time, 514, was really bad. The shower was cold, basin was not draining, pillows were hard and room had a smell

Easily accessible to and from class at HEC

Hotel in an industrial area with a small shopping center close by. It was great because we were there on a weekend and there was not much activity. The room was designed for someone on business, with a desk, which wasn't very useful for a casual traveler.

Not "Wow!!" but definitely the most reasonable option when attending HEC classes as it is super practical. Good and friendly service. Smooth check-in and check-out. Forget room service order; expensive for the type/level of food offered (which remains limited anyway), go out instead if you can or buy stuff at the Auchan supermarket just 3min away.

Nice and comfort room, very clean and well equipped for its level. Breakfast is nice, there is a supermarket across the road if needed

Right near HEC campus. Huge supermarket across the street. Ok breakfast.
