Strategic hotel near Narita Airport. Airport shuttle bus available. If I go to Japan again, I want to stay here again

The shuttle bus is very easy to access, location is great, room was spacious and they have a vacuum machine at the lobby for those who overpacked (forgot the price).

Stayed in this hotel twice. The first time everything was good. But this time I found stains on the bed sheet, hair in the bathroom, and a used water bottle on the floor. I asked to change rooms but they didn't let me, but instead I got a new bed sheet.

The staff are very kind and enthusiastic.

Very near to Narita Airport. Very spacious room. And they have a bus from and to Narita for free.

The hotel location is very close to the airport. The hotel even provides an airport shuttle bus. The room we stayed in was quite large, but unfortunately there were cockroaches in our room.:(Hopefully in the future they can pay more attention to cleanliness.

The hotel room is spacious, we booked for 3 people in 1 room. Emails to ask about the shuttle bus were very responsive and provided clear information. Very close to the airport and the shuttle bus schedule is until midnight.

Very near to Narita Airport. Just a transit hotel so we did not explore the surrounding. But has convenience stores near the lobby. Hotel also provides shuttle bus to Narita Airport, Narita Train Station and nearby shopping mall.

We missed our flight and decided to stay at the nearest hotel until the next flight in the morning. The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport, as well as to the city center, making it easy if you want to shop or just stroll around the city. The hotel itself is okay, but we think it could use some upgrades. Check-in is at 2 p.m sharp and you can wait either in the spacious lobby or at the restaurant. The room has standard appliances and cutlery, but it’s quite spacious, even for the lowest room category. Would stay here again for the convenience.

Nice big and clean room, there is a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel

Located near to Narita Airport, and we can use free shuttle bust to terminal 1 and 2. In the morning, they provide 2 buses, separately for T1 and T2 so we can go to airport faster.

I were stay here so I could get as close as I can to the airport, surprisingly the room was so big, and look fancy comparing to the price.

The staff were wonderful and the hotel was very comfortable. Would love to stay again later ❤️

The hotel location is very close to Narita Airport. There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to Narita Airport. The room is very large.

Too much dust in room but Its OK. Just 1 night. The bus drivers are very polite&kind.
