Room was dirty, then tv in room was broken, then key card never worked always had to go to front desk and no one would be up there. Then when checking out they said i had to buy $30 because i used the wifi

Antwan was amazingly good at his job. He has the right attitude and such a warm welcome. If Antwan could run that property, it would be A+ rating. All other Front desk was trash they definitely need a refresher in customer, or find another job. All other staff was not accommodating with anything. Also the linen needs to cleaned with bleach before given to guest. Dingy towels with hair, was given very disgusting.I would only come back to this property if Antwan was there 7 days a week, which unfortunately I know that is not possible!

We had a very dirty floor. Antone is the BEST! Always helped us when he was on shift, but some other front desk worker asked one of the other adults added onto my room the room number for toilet paper and then proceeded to say there was none after he gave her the room number… Didn’t get the sofa bed nor dvd player that was included and no other worker has put out the to go breakfast that was ALSO INCLUDED FOR MY FULL STAY, not just the two days Antone works.. He needs a raise and you guys need to retrain some staff.. other than that it was a comfy stay for the price online.

The guest key cards do not work and there is only one entrance to the building. The tricky part is you have to use your key card to enter the parking lot…. There are no pedestrian gates to exit this parking lot. So u have to wait until someone else enters the parking lot for you to be able to exit just to walk to the front entrance and find that your key card does not work there either. So you pick up a very filthy phone to call front desk. The poor attendant seems to be working alone and is not at the desk so you’re waiting for about 10mins for an answer, then she has to let you in the lobby, gives you a new key, that also does not work anywhere but to the parking lot….the guest room beds had visible stains on the blankets, other than that the rooms weren’t too shabby. Would be nice to have a coffee pot in the room.

First let me say that we have stayed at this location previously and it was completely different. Checked in on Wednesday, had to ask for toilet to be plunged, maintenance person was gone so we had to do ourself. Every day had to have this done. I had to clean table, countertops and stovetop. Noticed that under the bed had not been cleaned, even seen socks under bed, underneath recliner had not been cleaned either. I did tell front desk and manager. One of the lights on nightstand was shorting out, had to fix it. Some of the staff seemed to have an attitude. On saturday evening some people were going to check in, they got price, after waiting a good 5 minutes or so for employee to come out of office. They left and said they would go elsewhere, as the employees acted like they were being bothered. Very disappointed.

It was not like the pictures showed. There were multiple ways to exit the building but only enter through the front. Parking and walking around the building was not ideal fun when it was raining. Breakfast needs improvement.

So no matter where you were in the hotel all the side doors were out of use which was very inconvenient to then I come out with a notice on my vehicle stating that I have 24 hours to move my vehicle for expired tags and it will be towed at my expense like first off people your hotel is conjoined with a police substation if anything was on my vehicle that is expired common sense would be you know with them patrol in the parking lot My car would have been towed the first night so Just letting y'all know if you would have told my car it definitely wouldn't be at my expense and it would be out of your guys's pocket to get my vehicle out since it's fully registered and it's not expired

I liked that the rooms were newly remodeled, modern, and very comfortable. I didn't like that direct access to the parking area at night was limited and required walking long distances around the building rather than going directly through the back exits.

This place was a mess from the very start. The whole process is very unwelcoming. There was only one man that worked there who actually seemed to know what was happening and everyone else will literally tell lies about weird things like saying the laundry room was on the 2nd floor when it was really on the 1st. Or saying that they would drop dishes off at our room in a few hours and never doing so in the 11 days we stayed. They also numerous times told us and other guests we confirmed that there were entrances around the building when that is not true at all. There are exits around the building, but only one entrance. During our stay I saw 3 rooms and we stayed in 2 different ones. The first was horribly messy and occupied unknowingly to the hotel. The second was dusty but not bad at all. Until they continuously bothered us for days even when we requested they not come in after 11 am due to my partner's sleeping schedule. They finally ended up drilling a hole in the wall behind the bathroom and we had to call Expedia in order for them to change us rooms to do this work when they should have done this from the start. The 3rd room was even more dusty and the pet hair all over made my allergies really bad but we were happy that they at least left us alone for the last 3 days of our stay. Had they just moved us from the room with the leak on the first day they found out about it so they could do their work and we would have been left in peace this would have been better.

Well for starters I ordered door dash and someone stole the food from in front of my room door before I could even grab it myself. Other than that the room had dog hair like it hadn't been swept or something. I got out of bed bare footed and the floors where dirty. Usually this extended stay is better than this. Check in and service was easy and professional. Then apon checking out I told the front desk lady about my experience and she said she would let the manager know and even try to credit me, but she never wrote anything down or typed anything into the computer.

Front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Yes the room was nice and clean and it's a quiet facility however front desk staff as well as a certain manager a professional rude and and try to accuse me of something that I did not do therefore I had zero respect and I will never return to this facility nor will I ever recommended because of that reason because you cannot accuse your customers without having proof.
