This property fell below our expectations. The check in was slow. The hallway smelled terrible. The hair dryer, bathroom door and soap dish were all broken. The mattress for the sofa bed was u shaped and had springs that poked through the padding. And the promised breakfast was severely lacking.

Check in was 30 minutes delayed because rooms weren’t ready. Tub in shower was rusted and deteriorating. Couldn’t get blankets or pillows for pull out couch until the following day. Room had a bad smell at the entrance. The kitchen cupboards were visibly dirty, the freezer worked fine but the refrigerator wouldn’t keep cool. Phone in room wasn’t working. Animals had definitely been in the room before as I had tons of animal hair on my socks. Carpets were pilling and not cleaned very well, there was a receipt and blunt wrapper left on the floors. Lastly, tried to use the pool but it was covered with algae and debris. Staff was nice but never at the front desk.

The property listed an outdoor pool and breakfast included. The pool was green and unable to be swam in, which is completely unacceptable. The breakfast was a breakfast to go that only had coffee and packs of oatmeal, no cream or sugar to make your coffee. And nothing else. I could’ve stayed at a much nicer resort for the same amount of money and I feel completely misled and disappointed. I was counting on breakfast to save some money and ended up having to eat out as a result. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

Thumbs down. Our bathtub was not cleaned. The soap tray was disgusting the mat they threw over the old rusty bathtub had mushy toilet paper all under it. I opened the couch bed for my kids to sleep on and almost vomited from the smell and amount of dirt and debris on it. There were people smoking weed and other things right outside blocking the door to our car. They left their roach on the door handle to get back in. The pool was green and closed. There was coloring and holes in the walls/ceiling. The complimentary breakfast was muffins that just crumbled everywhere and coffee with no milk or creamer. On top of all that, someone knocked on my door at 9:30pm, woke my kids up, and before I could even walk the 10 steps to the door they had already keyed themselves in and opened the door. I had the locks on. They said they needed to get under the sink and turn my water off to replace a valve for the building. I’m not a plumber, but the whole building is under my sink? I declined and said no, my kids are asleep. They said well ok it’s going to be loud for a few hours. It was strange and I didn’t hear them knock on any other doors.

When I arrived it was no one at the reception desk for a while. As soon as I entered the room there was an overwhelming smell of stench. It was so unpleasant I asked to switch rooms, the reception told me all the rooms were booked. I had to sleep with a rag over my nose. The room was dirty, not vacuumed or cleaned. The bathroom tub was not cleaned and disgusting. Paint is chipping from the walls. The window would not close and it was dead bugs. The tv had fingerprints smothered all around it. There was no shower curtain. So water was all over the floor. I would never step foot in that place again.

The property had multiple people outside smoking weed and hanging around vehicles. My buddy had his fuel siphoned from his tank over night. The entire property had a stench to it. The AC on the third floor did not work. My room was not cleaned prior to my arrival, I found pillows lying on the couch and beds were not made nor had blankets. There was a hole in the ceiling and mold in the bathroom.

It seemed like everything was broken in the hotel, our bathroom had the stale smell of urine, the tub and shower was so curved i couldn't stand upright. TV stand broken. From the outside you could see screens half on windows. The only saving grace is it was within walking distance to Truist Park. However, next time, I'd rather drive further than be that close

First , me had a room for 6 and the sofa bed was broken, obviously they could not change our room. So two people had to sleep on the floor. The facility when you drive in has people hanging out in the parking lot all around. The hallways inside smell like marijuana and cigarettes. The rooms and hallways look very outdated. And the breakfast is just bagels toast and oatmeal.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Property upkeep was bad, with my children's pants getting dirty from sitting on the room floor. The pool was green and had plenty of leaves in it, so we were not comfortable swimming in it. Grab and go breakfast and coffee bar consisted of one coffee dispenser, one hot water dispenser, and for food, packages muffins and breakfast bars.

Stray Kidz Concert……..Great staff expect for one employee that coped an attitude with my daughter while I was having an emergency but got it taking care of. Great lot beautiful space right across the Truist Park, walking distance and great surroundings

No shower curtain, no sheets, blood on the mattress, floors clearly not swept. Entire hotel smelled of pee. False advertising..pictures look nothing like the actual hotel.

Was given the Wrong room the pool it was green couldn’t be used no ice and the rooms were dirty and they lied about the fully stocked kitchen

Room keys worked about half the time. Vape/smoke/pot smelled in the room and common areas. TV did not work. Kitchen and bathroom were dirty.

Front desk staff were great, the condition of the hotel was not. Fridge wasn’t working in room and the tub mat had rust or something all over it. The pictures online show a very different place than what we arrived to. We were only there to sleep one night after the ball game otherwise I would’ve went elsewhere

All time odor smoking

15 minute walk to Truist Park was easy to do.. The hotel itself needs work. The "Grab and Go" breakfast consisted of a choice between a chocolate muffin or an apple granola bar. They had coffee and hot water, but no tea bags/sugar/creamers. Staff very friendly. There was paint peeling in the bathroom and faucets handle was wobbly. I didn't ask for another room since i was only there for two days. The light bulb went out in the bathroom which was quickly fixed by the hotel staff.
