All very good

Property was fine. The rooms are quite small and cramped. It was clean. The beds are terrible, lumpy and bumpy and so noisy when you move at all. The staff were terribly unfriendly, at check in at 1545 we were told the room wasnt ready, no indication as to how long it would take. The hotel is a bit different in the fact that the main entrance is on the 2nd floor. We werent aware of this, had to ask someone staying there where the room is. When we went to take tue kids to the pool we had to ask at the desk, we were met with a sigh she indicated that the elevators and stairs were in front of us. Im worst experience in customer service in a long time.

Good location, friendly staff

The room was clean and spacious. Having the coin operated laundry machines at the property was a plus for me. I had a rental car, and it was easy to park.

Easy access, convenient

Noisy and not clean. I found a bug in the room. The front counter is not good attitude. I booked two rooms from Expdia. She told me just one and let me show the evidence to hee. I showed my receipt from Expdia. She told me she just found the other one. That was not a good experience.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Great location and really good breakfast.

Good position of the hotel, close to stores and very convenient

The bed could have been more comfortable. the bathroom was oddly laid out.

Bed fram was wornnout. Making lots of squeaking sounds when trying to turn in bed .breakfast was awful . The room was supposedly in a " quite area " however the plumbing system and AC was too noisy that even ear plugs did not help . Fitness center has only few dumbells and two tridmills. For the price they charge I was anticipating 5 star hotel , but found this hotel to be 2 star ( generously).

Excellent time and service!

It would have been lovely to have a restaurant for evening meals but it was very much appreciated that they allowed us to bring in food and eat it in the restaurant.

The room is okay and up to Holiday Inn standard. The water pressure is low which makes shower less comfortable.

Clean and had all necessities….Squeaky beds. Good linen.
