I had 2 reservations, and 1 was canceled without my knowledge. I was not aware the hotel canceled 1 of the rooms until I was checking in at 10pm. Had to wait 45 mins to get another room. When I got a new room, the air conditioning was broke and room was over 100 degrees. It was 86 degrees outside at the time. I asked for another room and woman told me they need to spray Febreze on the carpet to get rid of the smell. Also, the other room we had, no water in the bathroom since and little water pressure in the shower. There were two other people that could not get in their room for over an hour. The lock was broke. Never had such a bad experience ever and I travel a lot. The cancelling of the room w/o my knowledge ticked me off. I had 8 people traveling with me and that is 100% unacceptable!

The best thing about the room was it was a very comfortable King Bed. The room was just basic and the check-in process was a nightmare. Would not stay there again! Should be called Best Western Minus - not Plus.

They didn’t have our room ready so subbed in a better room. Our stay was great.

Fridge didnt work. No linen for sofabed. No extra toilet paper in room. Public bathroom was very dirty both mens and womens. Called for linen and was ignored while they answered another call and never came back to my call as I listened to them hang up with the call after me. Elevator was always wet on the ground. Chargers didnt work on table.

The positive: good size room, mini fridge and microwave in room are very convenient, location is near stores, food,etc. The negative: beds are hard, the tub had a clog and when showering it backed up quite a bit. Was given 2 large towels for a 3 day stay and when I called to request more, the front desk staff told me we had to go down front to get more. Apparently, they don't have much staff on site. Not a huge deal but inconvenient to say the least.

It was fairly nice in the room. Upon arrival i noticed the lanscaping had lots of weeds. Parking lot was a little beat up. Pool was nice. Once in the room it was nice. But one of the hand towels in the bathroom had not been changed since the previous visitor. You could see someone wiped off blue toothpaste onto the towel that was neatly hanging on the bar. Also i found a dirty Q-tip between the wall and night stand when I was looking for a plug in. I found it behind the head board and no cover on it. WhenIi found the receptacle,

Most of the staff was friendly. The hotel was not super clean. And they serve breakfast but the coffee machine was out of order. The woman who did breakfast service was rude and bashing the hotel and management in front of several guests. The pool was not clean there was a film on the top of the water. Overall not the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

This was a wonderful room! I had requested an accessible room because of mobility issues, and there was plenty of room for me to get around. I especially loved all the plugs and USB ports near the bed to plug in equipment (often difficult!) Only complaint was the toilet needed scrubbed and there was no hot water at the sink. Also, there needed to be more grab bars and an accessible shower.

It was ok. Staff was friendly. Room and building was very smelly. Carpets dirty. Backdoors unlocked without safety measures. Microwave timer broken so it won’t shut off on its own. It was ok but won’t rebook in the future.

My first time staying at this property was great. Beautiful room. My second time, i noticed all the laws. HUGE potholes in the driveway, sub par breakfast, and mold in the bathroom shower. You get what you pay for i guess..

Staff indifferent. Hotel condition rather beat up. Water pressure in bathroom very low. Breakfast service not very interesting. The beverage machine to dispense hot water didn’t work and out of breakfast tea.

The bed was comfortable. Shower was not good. Either way too hot or just got lukewarm. Could not get a setting on the shower head I liked.

Fine for the price. Room was spacious and comfortable. Some trash cans full, especially in dining area at breakfast. Keurig in room broken and only limited coffee availability. No signage off side road, almost missed turn. Big pot holes in property driveway. Staff very friendly.
