It was average hotel the breakfast was below average

Comfy bed, large room and clean. Check in was very quick! Good breakfast options.

Agent who checked us in was very abrupt. Efficient, but put me off the minute I walked in. No greeting. Just what’s your name before I got to the counter and then I had to repeat myself. The tv was not working in the room. To their credit they came up immediately to try and fix it and moved us to another room when it still didn’t work.

The room was very nice and clean. The front desk person was nice but not much personality. She didn’t even try to go out of her way to make you feel glad you chose their hotel to stay at.

Not your typical Holiday Inn. Very disappointed with the hotel and breakfast. They prepackaged muffins and other food in ziplock bags. The quality of the food was poor. The hotel was extremely large and very odd . Not in my future travel plans.

Best breakfast ever! I’ve stayed at many hotels and many Holiday Inn Express’. This is the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The biscuits were tender and moist, the sausage gravy actually has small bits of sausage. The food was fresh, bacon was crisp, the dinning room was clean. Our only disappointment was the juice seemed like it was dispensing an incorrect ratio of water to juice. It was watered down a little. But the fruit was fresh, it was hands down an excellent continental breakfast!! Kudos to the lady working it. She’s amazing.

The front desk staff were nice, but the rooms smelled musty and needed updated. The breakfast and breakfast area were good.

Checked in late at night. Front desk worker was fantastic! The room had some issues but we were too tired to deal with it. Stains on the bedspread and floor, and the toilet seat was loose enough it moved a full inch, not a stable at all. Room had a stale old smell. On the flip side, the bed was cozy, the water pressure, breakfast was tasty and service workers were friendly. Didn’t feel like it was worth the amount we paid.

Great service with comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Some signs that it is an old bulging, but rooms are newly decorated.

This is convenient to the NRA Whittington Center in Raton New Mexico.

We enjoyed our time here in Raton. Property was weird to access. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of items. Quiet even though it’s not far off the freeway.

First check in lady was so sweet then the second lady was rude. Breakfast was good!

For the rate I expected more. Property is tired- needs a reinvestment.
