The front desk staff were very friendly with my little grandchildren. The kids very excited about their passports and photos, loved decorating the muffins. All staff very friendly.

The hotel location is good, there are many Asian restaurants nearby.

Great location in the middle of city. A lot of restaurant near the hotel, and also supermarket and minimarket. Walk only 5 menits to the tram. Nice and big room also. Excellence!

Location is great and probably the only thing great about this hotel. Cleanliness is definitely an issue here. The dust is very thick especially on the carpet and the chairs. The dirty plates were not removed by the Housekeeping staff when they came to clean the room the first morning. The bathroom really looks old. It really seems like they just rely on the great location the hotel is positioned. A little bit more attention tp detail would make our stay wonderful.

The hotel locatin is very good, near shopping centres, restaurants. We experienced difficult to call the front office and/or room service staff at night between 8pm-10pm, no body answered our call ie. Would like to order french fries.

The hotel is close to a number of halal restaurants. Transportation is easy & walking distance to shopping areas.

The bed is so soft, even my small child had back pain.

The accommodation is located at the heart of Sydney CBD. The hotel staff was really friendly and help us to check in early. The room service was also regularly done every morning and they are very friendly. I never regret staying at Rydges World Square and definitely will come back to stay if I were to visit Sydney again.

Awesone hotel. They gave me early check in at 9.30am, which was perfect for rest after overnight flight. Nice size room, clean and close to ICC conference. Perfect location and perfect hotel to stay for conference nearby. The Indonesian receptionist, Venni Melinda is very helpful and friendly. It is definitely recommended to stay at this hotel.

The location is close to good food, there are 678 Koreans about 200 meters to the right, Pho about 450 meters near Chinatown, the rooms are spacious and clean. 2 large beds around 150 just enough for me & my family with 2 teenagers to sleep in 1 room, near the Town Hall station which has direct train access to the airport. Around the hotel there are many places for shopping & restaurants. At the check-in counter there was a staff from Indonesia named Venni Melinda who was very friendly & helpful to me. Thank you
