Staff was very kind. Location is excellent.

Location was ideal. 3 blocks from heart of town. But the best were the employees. Talk about friendly, pleasant, helpful, thoughtful and wonderful people. Very attentive to every detail.

literally on the other side of the road from the old town, one minute walk! 15 minutes walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the airport bus so super convenient for transport. The room (1B) faced the road but it had triple glazing so sound wasn't a major issue but you'd not be able to sleep with window open. The room is small but functional and super clean. It served the purpose for a short overnight.

If you want a good nights sleep, avoid this hotel. Very Noisy at all hours - late at night (after 11pm) and early - (before 7am) - conventioneers or party groups... everything can be heard in the rooms.

We were able to park right in front of the building for a little while so we could unload our bags to the room. The recommended pay lot was very near and easy. Room was luxurious. Breakfast very good with many options.

Salamanca is a beautiful city, and this hotel is the place t stay.

Very tired building. Bathroom space very poorly utilised. Beds were terrible, bed in the shape of a U, unbelievable these days. Don’t expect this from a Silken hotel. Very disappointed

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast buffet. I liked the location of this hotel on the Plaza San Juan. Plenty of bars and cafes in the neighbourhood. You're on the edge of the tourist area and its still easy to find parking on street. There are also some nice green spaces nearby. Salamanca itself is a beautiful old city, full of surprises. I will just caution against room 118 which, being above the breakfast room and near to the laundry, is not as quiet as you might like.

Really comfortable place to stay in Salamanca. The staff were really friendly and helpful to us during our stay. We used the hotel as a base for exploring around the area and they were happy to store our luggage for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Clean and friendly to this solo American ttaveler. Highly recommend this hotel. Close to several exceptional restaurants in the Plaza Major Square. Hotel staff was courteous and helped even tho i speak very little Spanish.

Perfect for an exploration of the city , good sized room. L have been to several hotels in this group al very good.

Ok. But I could have chosen a better hotel in the area. It didn't have the facilities my very cheaper hostel in Madrid had. Ie coffee..tea making sevice.Bed not very comfortable. Tried breakfast very limited. Best thing about place was bathroom ..spacious and location good.But loads of hotels nearby were better.
