Pool was closed due to refurb, staff were great, no bedside sockets in club room which in this day should be a standard thing especially if upgrading your room

The staff were helpful, clean room and had plenty of room really loved it, couldn't hear any noise even when there was a party down in the function room, had a really restful night and breakfast in the morning was excellent would recommend, shame the sauna and other facilities were being repaired as would have like to use them, may be next time

The staff was not helpful, we asked for 1 hour late checkout and they said it will cost £10. No courtesy from their side on this They didn’t offer water in the rooms either

Great location for motorway network. Good sized rooms and well appointed. Staff attentive and very helpful

All good in main, chair in room had food bits on. Checkout not quick as no staff around and referenced wrong room

I had the best sleep in any hotel for absolutely years the room was easily adjusted for temperature and it worked as it should the bed was extremely comfortable just unbeatable the only let down was the other bedroom furniture was looking tired plus the outside of the hotel could do with being cleaned My only real gripe is where do hotels get off charging for parking when you are staying to me it’s an absolute joke Swimming pool was shut as was a restaurant Other than that it’s great

We had a great time at this hotel - staff was wonderful and I had one of the best cosmopolitan cocktails at the bar I've had in 20 years. We watched the world cup matches in the lobby and the food at the Indian restaurant was yummy. The property from the exterior is not as fancy but the experience was great!

Excellent stay, staff were very helpful, bar areas all well looked after, dinner in the restaurant very good and an excellent breakfast on offer.

Hotel is dated and needs a revamp. Stayed in 504 and had leaking shpwer onto floor, dirty toilet, walls in bedroom dirty with blu tack stuck on them, dirty carpers and dangerous metal clad electric sockets with exposed wiring. Did complain but not relly acknowledged

Stayed for one night. Staff very welcoming and smiling. Club doom was spacious and bed comfortable. A little bit of maintenance is needed but nothing of real note. Bar area was lively, not surprising as England vs Norway football that evening! We just had a pizza and that was well cooked and tasty. Breakfast was a selection of continental and a hot buffet. Continental selection was good, the buffet not so good. Avon needed a little more cooking and fries eggs left in trays under heat lamps are never very appealing. Buffet selection was also a little limited. All - in - all we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again for an overnight but not for any longer than that. All the staff we had contact with were helpful and cheerful so a big thumbs up to them!

The spa facilities are having maintenance so can’t really use most of it, but rooms were nice and quite and air conditioning was nice with this heat

Room was very clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast tasted lovely, a choice of cooked breakfast, pancakes, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, juices, hot drinks.

Room was clean, food in the restaurant was great, staff was lovely and so friendly, really good with the kids and made our son feel special on his birthday with a brownie and candles and sang happy birthday to him. Close to Legoland, thank you for a lovely stay!

The staff were friendly and the hotel is well located for Windsor Racecourse (by taxi). Lovely room upgrade to Club Level and good food in the bar but a shame the whole pool area was being refurbished and unavailable to use.

Unfortunately the spa amenities were closed due to refurbishment, which was quite disappointing. But the hotel stay itself was very good.
