Wonderful warm welcome, easy check in and lovely amenities. Friendly front desk and support staff with nothing too much trouble.

We loved our big room overlooking Hyde Park! The bed and fluffy comforter were so comfortable and we slept great after exploring the city all day! The location in Mayfair, right across the street from Hyde Park is a great place to stay.

Hotel is in a great location, very basic rooms but that’s the Como style. My air conditioning wasn’t working one night, they did managed to get it fixed for the second night. I got a bottle of red wine for the inconvenience. I don’t really think that was sufficient due to zero sleep in a £400 a night room, anyways, so many hotels to stay for similar money, will try others now we’re in London most weeks. Also Nobu attached to the hotel was so average and over priced, again many good sushi restaurants in town better at half the price.

The Como Hotel was such a wonderful stay! The area is perfect (walking distance to shows, restaurants and pubs!)! The staff is friendly, accommodating and fantastic! I would certainly stay here next time I am in the city!

The hotel was in a great location, easily accessible from Heathrow Airport via the Tube and nearby excellent restaurants, cafes, shopping, tourist attractions, etc. The room was nice and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Staff was warm and attentive, and really made the stay feel special.

Good location, but way overpriced for the quality of the rooms and the facilities on site. Any "city view" room below about the 5th floor looks over a disgusting alley. The showers in the "suites" are tiny.
