Everything was excellent. Very welcoming, attentive, breakfast was superb, rooms vry comfortable and the price was most reasonable.

Great place to stay

The hair dryer didn't work and though we told them right away it was bad they did not send someone to repair or replace it during the 3 days we stayed. The shower curtain magnet was lost so water tended to flood the bathroom floor is you weren't careful. But these was the ONLY negative thing. Everything else was WONDERFUL! Clean comfortable, quiet room with great TV, refrigerator and microwave and a coffee maker with tea and regular & Decaf coffee. Endless Hot water. Very complete breakfast buffet. The hot tub and heated pool were very nice and we used them a lot. I would definitely stay here again!

It provided everything to make one’s stay comfortable

It was a nice stay, we chose this property for the closeness to Nassen Hospital. Plenty of options for eating in the area and are very convenient. Everything was good.

Nice hotel

The hot tub jets don’t work the pool had people drinking and partying. It was not a pleasant stay.

Fleas! We had to move to another hotel when we discovered the room was FULL of fleas. While the hotel did find us another place Im shocked we havent been comped for the stay. In addition, we had to run around, spending time to find fleas spray, and ruined one of our pieces of clothes trying to clean it rapidly.

Pleasant staff and clean place. The bed was too hard for my liking but overall a great stay

We were very comfortable. The bed was great, breakfast typical for hotel food, but the bacon was delicious. Enjoyed having a comfortable chair and office chair.
