I was quite pleased I thought mabe my room would be noisy because it was just off the lobby but it was perfect 👌 close to the coffee and breakfast. They had alot of differnt selections for breakfast. The room had a microwave and fridge and coffee maker. The bed was clean and fresh and room had tv and storage and hangers for clothes. Parking was close even with a charging station availble. Thanks 😊 staff was nice and freindly.

Excellent place to stay in Vancouver

Right when you pull up to the hotel, you will notice how clean they keep the grounds. Same goes for the rooms and the lobby. The breakfast area is big and well laid out. The front desk staff was super friendly, helpful and informative. I forgot a few items and they had them there for me for free - lifesavers! The only downfall is that it was quite pricey, but that may be due to the world cup.

Outdated No soundproof

We enjoyed our stay and will use this hotel again. Good location and an easy in and out from the Hwy. My only complaint is the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t book a room with plans on using the sofa bed in the future.

Breakfast choices were limited and was very basic

This is a relatively new premise that has been well maintained. Whether its location works for a particular guest depends on what that person's plans are. It is quite close to a highway, although if one puts ear-plugs on when one goes to bed, then the noise level is not a problem. But because it is close to a highway, it does not take too long to drive west to the terminus for the Expo Line of the SkyTrain system, from where one can reach downtown Vancouver in about 45 minutes. The breakfast offerings are fine for a hotel at this price range. However, the layout of things in the breakfast area could use a bit of re-organization. Currently, the counter space for one to put down a plate to get items from trays is limited. In fact, the distance between where one puts down a plate and where the trays are is not small, keeping in mind that one has to use one hand to lift and hold the lid of a tray.

This was a very well kept hotel and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very inviting and clean and parking was plentiful. The breakfast choices were great and everything was fresh. Highly recommend this hotel.

I have been dealing with a staff member since we left this location on June 6. They continue to say and promise me something as it had been “manager approved “ but still nothing. Beware of staying here, as they will say whatever you want to hear to get you to come, but won’t follow through. Worst IHG location I have ever had to deal with, which is sad. Staff has been not easy to deal with in person and on the phone.

Breakfast was good and hot daily. quiet time was observed and minimal hearing of neighbors.

Our stay was wonderful right from the time we checked in until we checked out 2 days later. The young ladies at the front desk were so very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of selections to choose from. All the staff that we encountered were fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic staff, very clean room, and really well maintained hotel. I was very impressed, only issue we had was the remote didn’t work well for the tv but that’s pretty minor. The breakfast provided was excellent too!! Absolutely would stay here again.

The staff was incredible!! They were extremely kind, observant, and eager to assist. Two examples: 1) We were taking the elevator down to the pool and the staff must have noticed we didn’t have any towels with us. She must have ran down the stairs and greeted us with a smile and towel for each of us. 2) We were checking out (which only gets busier with our two little kids travelling with us) and the staff members noticed we were filling up the kids water bottles. Before I could even get back, the staff member brought a small baggie with a few bottles of water. These two things made our stay even more enjoyable. Our kids loved the room, pool, hot tub and being able to take a bath in our room. The room had 100% blackout curtains which was so helpful when putting our kids to sleep before the sun goes down. The continental breakfast was fantastic as well. A consistent flow of fresh and hot food. They also had small to go bags to bring some yogurt, fruit, or bagel on the go with you. We would HIGHLY recommend anyone else to stay here, especially if you have little kids with you. Wish I could give more stars! 😁
