The building itself is very old and definitely needs some maintenance. The rooms are very simple but with older furniture. Not even a lounge chair or a luggage rack in the room. Outdated bathroom.

I booked this hotel based on some pictures I saw online, but it was a huge mistake. The reality was far from the images. The room was filthy, with stains on the bedding and a foul odor that lingered. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. Spare yourself the misery!

Beautiful

The common areas are very nice though our room was not. There were large stains on the carpet, the toilet leaked water on the floor so we had to put a towel down, also the toilet didn’t flush properly. We stayed for 2 nights and the last morning I went to have a shower and there was no hot water. I informed the front desk and by the time the maintenance guy arrived the hot water was working again. To their defence the hotel has been renovating the rooms one floor at a time and I guess we ended up with a run down room unfortunately.

We had a flight cancellation and had to stay due to the late hour. I would never entertain staying here unless it's under these conditions. The rooms are old and in bad shape, the bed was stained and old, just don't look if you want to sleep. The only pro to this property is the proximity to the airport should you find yourself in this position.

There was a loud couple next to our room (if you know what I mean) who woke us up both mornings we were there, with their fun. I was also double charged for our booking and when I spoke to staff about it they said I’d just have to wait 3-5 business days for the money to re enter my account, which is ridiculous considering it was their mistake. Other than that the staff was kind and helpful.

Nice place to stay , close to airport

This property charged my card with $75 deposit for caution and they promised to refund immediately I checked out. I checked out Saturday morning and today Monday the deposit hasn’t been returned to my account yet!

Good stay. Accommodations good. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was an issue on the weekend.

The hotel is too pricy for the rate with no complementary breakfast. Moreso, aside the dispute I have with one hotel, how come my card was charged 3 different times for 2 nights stay?

The property was clean even though it is worn. The A.C. was very loud. We kept it off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It would have been better if there was an airport shuttle 😀

safe not working, insufficient supplies to make coffee, room not cleaned and no clean towels.

This property desperately needs an upgrade date. Tired, dirty rooms. Mould in bathroom. Very noisy from party on main floor. Booked because it was cheaper but you get what you pay for!

The food & clean beds.

Hard to see in lobby pool pics but both have what looks like 2 pcs of white styrofoam floating on surface. Below this trash was a huge gob of hair and other trash. Big as a big man’s fist. Obvious no attn to it inna long time. 3 or 4 shots of inside shiny elevator doors showing years of wear. Shown as 4 star Windham. It is badly in need of updates. Lots of wear and tear. I think Windham should be ashamed to call this property theirs.
