Overall was fine - ice machine room on my floor was not open, so that was not ideal, and I thought parking was included, but was $20/day - would have stayed at Element a few miles down the road with complimentary breakfast and parking had I realized that when booking

Staff was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. The hotel was fine, but the hallway smelled of sewage.

We enjoyed our stay, this is our second time at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are very clean, and the parking structure is easy to navigate.

We are Vegans, The Restaurant "Breakfast" menue was Outstanding! AND Very Reasonably priced. The Breakfast Buffet is expensive.

Manager only acknowledge but did not speak or even give me information regarding my deposit or the parking. Ignore me the entire time checking in. Others have told me that same day they were treated the same, but only the women were treated this way.

I'm done with booking hotels that give you a room rate, then when you get there adding parking fees and a whole bunch of other crap. $28 for your breakfast buffet which wasn't much different than any free breakfast anywhere else. Only thing added was an omelette maker. No remote for TV the first day!

Room service

Although the room was realtively nice, the comforter was not. The comforter was covered in mold. Front desk did provide another comforter but that one was also full of mold. My partner did become ill which we suspect was the mold filled comforter

no microwave, laundary room is not convenient (the app is hard to use)

The staff was courteous and check-in was fast. The pool was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Next time as a courtesy, it would be nice to know if our room that we will be staying in is going to be right next-door to the laundry room. Our stay was quiet and pleasant for the most part, however we were woken up about 3 or 4 AM to the sound of slamming of washer and dryer doors next to us which caused the pictures in our room to shake and wake us up.

Sink was clogged, door doesn't shut all the way in our room, had to slam it every time we left or came in. The door didn't completely shut and we unknowingly slept with it unlocked all night!! To top it off our fridge only cooled to 45 degrees.... lol. Area is industrial, not the best vacation spot. Parking was limited and you are charged per day. Would not return.

It was very upsetting that I paid for a 2 double bed and I had not choice but to settle for a room with king bed

Room was dirty, lots of spider webs, fire alarm went off as part of a drill and there was no warning, requested additional towels multiple times and were never given more.

I liked the hotel. My only complaint was the rooms We had were by the elevator and early in the morning people were very noisy. Also on the first morning, someone pulled the fire alarm.

When checking in was asked by staff if members said yes looked up my account and comped me the room that’s service that I don’t fo and bec I d quite hear him I did nt tip him I wish I did thank u and I’ll stay ther and Marriott properties
