Very in need of updates! Hot tub is colder than the Pool. Our handicapped room wasn’t. The toilet is nearly a hole in the floor. Breakfast had one box of Fruit Loops, no eggs, no sausage. Two dogs running around the dining room. Mattresses piled against the dumpster. It was like staying jn a third world motel. They just don’t care, and it shows!

The hotel is outdated so it appears dirty when it really is not. Work out room is a closet. My room smelled musty. My fault for booking a pet friendly environment as the rug had an odor. The curtain on the window did not close so I had the light coming through until it was dark outside. Elevator did not work for a couple of hoped 1 day one of the days which made me hesitant to use . Coffee cups they supply in dinette area the bottom fell out and coffee spilled all inside the rental car and me.

The curtains had bad stains. Didn’t feel comfortable. Breakfast was very limited. Hot tub temp was very cold.

Easily the dirtiest hotel room ive ever stayed in. Ive stayed here before a few years ago and while it wasnt the cleanest it was at least normal. This time it was awful. There were ants crawling all over the window and air conditioning unit. Curtains were broke and looked like blood splattered on them. Yellow stuff dripping down the wall next to one of the beds. Looked like grease stains on the headboards. The fridge hadnt been cleaned the phone and tv remote looked like something was dumped on them. I could go on and on. It was awful.

Breakfast was minimal and the trash hadn't been emptied out and full of beer bottles. The hot tub was a cool tub. I just wished it would have been a little better.

The staff was really nice. Heater didn't work in hot tub , curtains ripped and sink knob was broken

The hotel wasn’t bad at all it was the hot tub it was cold as can be they had no towels in the pool room!

The hot tub was colder than the pool. The hotel is in need of a lot of updating and repairs. Paint is chipping and falling in the bathroom.

Roaches all over.

The hallways were dirty upon check-in, the hot tub was as cold as the pool which is the main reason we selected the hotel so that was a major disappointment. People are allowed big dogs, yuck. The floor in our room was sticky, so we washed it with a wash cloth, and it looked like soap residue on the floor. In the morning, the breakfast was terrible. No eggs or sausage, only biscuits and gravy. No peanut butter, no cream cheese for the bagels, no juice machine (there but not working). Nobody attending the area for refills. In the bathroom off the lobby there was no toilet paper, no tissue and no hand towels in the ladies room. The manager on duty was watching tv in the lobby when we arrived, and was asleep on the couch when we checked out. It was a terrible place, and I'm not a very picky traveler, but this one made me want to leave a review.

Nicely maintained property. There are gas stations, and restaurants close by as well as an Aldi and Walmart within walking distance. Morning breakfast was nice as well.

Expedia app changed my bookong from fort wayne to auburn. Directions from app for hotel i booked to me to the same hotel but in fort wayne. The manager in fort wayne seen in person on my phone i was on the forrtwayne location but yet expedia booked me for auburn. Now im veing told by expedia that i get no refund becasue auburn location will not respond to emails. Alao for rhe record i stay at same hotel name but in forywayne paid cash & was planning on staying 2 rooms for the rest of this week. But now i will not be uaingvexpesi ever again & will not be staying at this hotel chain.

There was crack heads living there and horrible staff

For as expensive as the rooms are they need cleaned better and the front desk was not friendly at all

The elevator showed the elevators service certificate expired 4/21/25, my first room smelled of stail smoke when all the rooms were supposed to be smoke free. The hotel looks to need to be updated a bit. I jave stayed there aeveral times when i come onto town so i would still stay again.
