The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Beds were amazing!

Broken shower head, Broken TP holder, Murky pool, non working treadmill. For $185 a night these amenities need to be in good condition.

Location to Little River Canyon and Mentone Parks.

Nice, quiet stay.

A one night stay for business. Extremely Clean and comfortable. Slightly lacking in maintenance of the building and rooms. I.e. plumbing in tub and sink slow to drain, paint and caulking needs throughout building. Would reccomend again.

The thermostat was difficult, the battery was dead. The phone did not work, no problem I have a cell phone.

We were on a road trip so easy access from the highway was a plus. There were an adequate amount of restaurants near the hotel

Handicap accessible room was very close to entrance. Usually most hotels stick us in a back corridor far away. My husband has issues walking so this was very much appreciated. Also the beds were not high like most other hotel beds; much easier access for him.

We were to stay 2 nights but only stayed one due to the fact that there was no hot water.

Refrigerator didn’t work in our room. That was the only complaint.

Hard to login to WiFi, other than that very good

The location is good. Close to restaurants and some shops. The property was older and could use some updates.
