The hotel location was excellent, the staff very friendly, and helpful.

Nice stay in Malaga. Close to the centre and not far from the beach but still requires walking. Staff were great.

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s very central to everything. Hotel in my opinion is probably one of the best for location. Staff always friendly and helpful. Will be back!

Only bad part is parking It is very confusing- you have to park where there are cones and there is no self parking or parking garage

Fantastic stay at this great hotel. Highly recommended. Lovely large bedroom, lovely comfy beds and a great shower. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant is a must.

Excellent

Location is superb. All major old town sights within a few minutes of walking. Front desk staff were excellent- especially Victoria. Breakfast was pretty average and staff there busy and not especially friendly. 15th floor restaurant has excellent views over the city, but we found the menu quite limiting and therefore decided not to eat there. There are lots of restaurants just around a corner to choose from. Room had excellent views to the harbor and had a nice little balcony but unfortunately was next to the elevators, so a bit of noise late night from people.

Rooms were large and attractive. Bed was very comfy. It was in a great part of Malaga, close to all the attractions, bars and restaurants. The rooftop bar and pool was a real bonus. I would highly recommend.

Excellent location, good stay. Only problem room AC was not working. They provided fan but still AC hotel AC was not working

I felt very welcome from the minute I entered the property. I requested a room that was as quiet as possible and Gemma at the front desk obliged. I also mentioned to her that I was thinking of changing the day I would take a tour to Marbella, so she helped me rearrange that. I also said that I get motion sick and try to get a seat at the front of the bus, so she offered to call the company and see if they could arrange that. She could not have been more helpful. I found other staff to be the same including the restaurant staff who kindly made me sandwiches the night before to take on the day of my trip as I was going to be leaving before they started serving breakfast. Everyone I encountered was very friendly & helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is also very convenient to the port area and the promenade there and right beside the Cathedral.

Great location however the hotel was noisy and the room had a strong perfume smell. The front desk staff was rude, although the bellman was kind and very helpful. I felt it was overpriced, and that was through Expedia. Booking directly was double the cost.

Absolutely perfect location! Beautiful balcony views. Cool rooftop pool and restaurant.

Due to its location, it’s in easy reach of centre, harbour and beach. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony - which is lovely. The rooftop bar on the 15th floor provides wonderful views in all directions with a great selection of drinks. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Good location - modern well maintained rooms Service was good across the hotel and the rooftop bar is a must Real cups in the room (they only provided paper ones) would make a difference There were also a pair of socks under the table in the room which made me question how well the room had been cleaned
