I booked a room with two beds for my stay, but when I arrived, only one bed was provided. When I brought this up to the front desk, the staff member was apologetic but didn’t seem too concerned. He simply mentioned it would take too long to bring another bed. There wasn’t any effort to come up with a solution, which was frustrating. While I understand mistakes happen, the lack of effort to resolve the issue left me disappointed.
Not the experience I was expecting from a hotel that I had trusted for a comfortable stay.
