When we got there, they told us that they canceled everyone be ause the firedepartment shut them down. We had to look for a different hotel after traveling for 8 hours with toddlers. A d the other hotel cost us $200 more. that was so horrible

I immediately asked for another room as there was a horrible smell in the room....the next room wasn't as bad but still bad when I couldn't open the window because screen was broken. I couldn't wait for check out time....

Me and my fiancé stayed here and there was bed bugs in the bed and on the wall of the bathroom on the second floor, and the bathtub was chipped and dirty. Don’t recommend staying here, the hotel is unsanitary

This is a terrible hotel. It is old, smelly, and rundown. It is completely broken. The pool and hot tub are permanently closed. We did not have soap, towels, ironing, board, iron, hangers, and other basic amenities. I do not recommend this property and give it a zero out of 10. I am officially working with Expedia to get a refund on our three night stay. We couldn’t change hotels because this was already booked for my mothers funeral. Very unsatisfied.

The walls were disgusting. Neither room had towels. There were burn marks on the toilet seat. There was no smoke detector. Huge paint chunks missing from the walls. Holes in the wall. Pool was closed by the health department. Breakfast was by far the worst I’ve experienced.

The pictures made it look much nicer than it was. The bed was uncomfortable, there were a people around that made me feel uncomfortable to the point I had to have a male friend come stay over at 3am because it sounded like someone kept trying to open my door to my room. I wouldn’t recommend for ladies staying solo. I rented a room with a whirlpool tub to relax and the jets didn’t work well. When they started what looked like leaves and black particles appeared in the water so that was a waste.

Booked the hotel room for the specific reason that online it stated that there was a swimming pool! I was not notified that the pool was not open due to construction. I thought we were unlucky to book during the two weeks of construction. I later found out that the pool had been permanently closed for years! I ask for a refund and they refuse!

Additionally, your explanation regarding the 24/7 front desk attendant being away assisting another guest does not address my primary concern. My voicemail, left at 7:24 PM, detailing multiple issues—including a clogged toilet, a non-functional in-room phone, an inoperable jacuzzi light, and a non-working TV—was completely ignored. No one returned my call, nor did anyone attempt to follow up by knocking on my door. When I checked out at 9:00 AM the following morning, I reported these issues in person to the front desk. I was assured that the information would be passed along to the manager, yet more than 24 hours passed with no response. I left another voicemail in the hotel's general mailbox before escalating my concerns to corporate. To reiterate, I do not want points. I want a full refund to my card immediately. This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I have ever experienced, and I have only outlined the most critical issues. Additionally, we specifically booked this hotel because of the advertised pool, which, unbeknownst to us, had been shut down by the health department for an extended period. This misleading information further added to the disappointment. What was intended to be a relaxing night after a stressful day at Shriners Hospital for my child turned into the opposite. Given the unacceptable service, unaddressed safety concerns, and the misrepresentation of amenities, I expect a full refund.

This property is beneath any Baymont I have ever stayed in. The room was not clean stained sheets they said we do not have fitted sheets for the bed. Shower was nasty. I reserved a jacuzzi that I refused to use. I tried to get ice and he came from the back with a glove and offered a hand of ice. No machines work in the hotel. Also breakfast was cereal toast they had in cooked bacon and eggs that were chopped up to crumb's. I took pictures it was not worth my money. Then when you call customer service the try to see you Medicare and you can't get anyone on the line. A total disaster

Did not have the proper towels , the tv wasn’t working and was told someone will fix it and then told it can’t be fixed. The pool and hot tub was shut down by the department of health and it didn’t show it online prior to booking so we couldn’t swim or relax in water.
