Excellent breakfast buffet, great location and helpful staff who were more than happy to keep our cases after check out to allow us further time to get explore. They do offer a transfer to and from the airport but this is slightly more expensive than booking an uber yourself. All in all would recommend and we would stay again.

Great location. One tiny incident during the stay - power was out in the area at around 5am. Luckily, it’s resumed within hours before dawn.

Very helpful staff, quiet and clean room, lovely washroom , within walking distance to Hop on Hop off bus and St Stephen’s Cathedral. Lots of restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend this place !

Property is centrally located- across the street from opera house and great shopping district! Short walk to the sites and Danube pier. Enjoyed my stay here.

Location was perfect. Hotel was just what was needed.

Needs a refurbished and would not rate the hotel as 4*. Toilets were black at the bottom of the trough and looked disgusting. No reasonable dining options as they ran out of chicken so we had to leave and go to another restaurant. Missed tea and coffee replenishing twice.

Very clean and quiet. The room was spacious and the hotel is 1 minute from the metro station and very closed to a lot of touristic attractions

Every thing was well delivered

Needs serious upgrade: dirty curtains, filthy rug, uncomfortable cheap mattress and worst duvet imaginable. Not good value for money at all. Invest in better beds and bed linen.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Hotel was solid. Room good, but unremarkable. More of a business hotel feel, but think guests were about half business and half on vacation. Overall, good but not great but the staff really stood out as excellent.
