The staff couldn’t have been more nice, but between the street noise, the noise from the A/C, the hard bed and the bad pillows, it’s almost impossible to get a good nights sleep. Location is great, hotel is clean and nice, I just need sleep!!!

Great location. Close enough to walk to everything on Broadway and other places.

AC unit noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Unclear where to park. We parked behind hotel because GPS took us there and paid for parking. Checked in and found out parking was included (my mistake for missing this detail). No one seemed concerned to assist in the matter. Event delayed 1 day and tried to get a room for another night. We were told it was full but found others got rooms and Expedia showed rooms available. Again, no seemed willing to assist. We. Went somewhere else.

The hotel staff is excellent! Very friendly and polite and went above and beyond to accommodate us for a postponed AC/DC concert that extended our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for the professional staff and location to downtown Nashville.

We didn't have a stay. They ran our card at 11-44 PM the night before. We had fraudelant charges on our card and had to get a new card. had they contacted us at a reasonable hour, we could have provided the new card number. Instead, the senta test in the middle of the night that they were canceling our reservation. We had to scramble to find a new reservation an hour before our trip.

Very please there was a 24 hour coffee and tea station. View from the hotel could have been more pleasant instead of a brick wall. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the convenience and breakfast was very good.

In our opinion, the bed was a little firm. The shower/bathroom was a little dated. Breakfast was great! However with that said, the staff was amazing! They did everything to make sure our stay was great. We will stay here again.

Room services slow. 3 night stay room was done only once. (After asking) and no, there was never a do not disturb sign in the door. Staff usually more courteous with greetings the staff here didn’t even raise eyes when we walked in.

Great stay and venues in Nashville

We didn’t like that the pool wasn’t open since I booked it for that reason and it wasn’t specific at the time of booking.

I asked 8 times to have my sheets changed. On the phone to front desk and in person and staff did nothing but say they would not change the linens until after 3 days. I begged and pleaded and they refused. They would not even fix or change the TV remote that was useless. I will NEVER stay in this companies hotel or its subsidiaries. I will tell all my friends and subscribers what a terrible experience I had at this lousy hotel for the price.

Need a lot of renovations!
