Rough conditions and very limited breakfast options

Room booked under may name was allocated to some other person without checking proper documents and details by staff. At the time of our checking other staff member allocated same room with two keys, found someone’s luggage is already there. The staff is on duty smart enough, cross checked all our details and finally allocated different room and transferred charged payment on our room

Nice place everything close by and nice rooms

I wasn't even able to check into this stay. When I arrived, there were police cars responding to some kind of incident. I went inside, but no one was at the front desk - or anywhere and I waited for over a half an hour. There was also a group of people partying in the parking lot. I honestly didn't feel safe, so I left.

No hot water but it was a hot day anyway, so I didn’t mind.

No issues at all, everything went smoothly

Room smelled like smoke and pot. Hallways were sketchy and the beds were so uncomfortable that we left a night early so we could get sleep. People were smoking near every entrance and the hallways were dim. Whole places smelled.

The hotel interior was not well kept, floors were dirty and the room smelled similar to a wet dog. Quite outdated and in need of complete renovation

Front desk employee was very accommodating.

The front desk was not welcoming, and the hotel had a weird smell to it. However the room didnt have the smell. There was tissue laying on the floor by the bed crusty hard stain on the top blanket crumbs on the sheet when they were pulled back and a red stain on the mattress cover that you could see through the sheets. When the front desk was contacted he was not apologetic he said i had to strip the bed bring him the dirty sheets and then i had to make the bed. He was rude and not empathetic toward the situation. While in the shower the shower curtain at the bottom was moldy and dirty the tub didnt drain while showering and one of the towells were dirty. The next day the manager was very dry but apologized. There was no hair dryer in the room or hotel the breakfast in the morning was a muffin in brown bag.

The place was covered in mold, mildew and fungi! It damn near tripled in size when my family and I settled in for a day. Told management and they laughed in my face… went to wash laundry and it was even worse !!

Beds need upgrading; so does all the rooms in general. TV too small for such a decent size room. Should have been a 50-60 inch TV.

The manager owner is very hateful and its eextreamly dirty the rooms food on walls and very dusty and has roaches n roadents if u complain they throw u out

I was suppose to have a non-smoking hotel room. As soon as I open the door, the smoke smell was over whelming. I advised the front desk and they went to the room and applied some deodorizer. I went out to dinner and when I arrived back, the smell was worse. It was so bad it was burning the back of my throat and inside my nose. I could not stay in that room. Hotel was unable to provide any acceptable accommodations. I understand that some guest break the rule of no smoking, but when this happens, rooms need to be cleaned properly to remove the smell.
