This is a overall nice hotel, would stay again.

Pillows were horrible. Both my wife and I were bitten every single night by what we think we’re spiders , hopefully not bed bugs. Even though they have a nice kitchen area for guess the only thing you can get at all times is coffee. For some reason they put away all of the tea and turn off the juice machines. We spoke to the front desk person about the bites and all he told us was that they were going to look into it. That’s it. They didn’t take the time to take down our info and say we’ll investigate and get back to you or whatever. That was our first time at the hotel and will probably be our last.

Very nice and simple hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We arrived at 2 am on Sunday and the host was horrible gave us a hard time even though our room was already paid for in advance

Breakfast is poor.

They only put 1 wash cloth in the bedroom and then when I went to the housekeeping closet to ask for more washcloths, since there were four people in the room, they were telling me no only one Peru, which is horrible. Also, I tried to check in early and they wouldn’t allow us to.

my trip was for Family purposes to sign up my daughter for college. I was saying alone short day overall it was great time very comfortable, quiet, welcoming, friendly staff, and the property smelled good

Operations is too cheap and the rates are too high

We had to beg for towels and toilet paper. The team needs customer service training

Hotel is very clean a nice - no microwave in the room, very small fridge but over all - this hotel offers good price with high Hilton standards.

Firstly it what i expected, outside looks great, but inside is not as pictures advertised, the room is very small, the pillows smelled very sweaty like they didn’t change the pillow cases before or not accustomed washing it, and breakfast is very limited only bagels with spreads, cold boiled eggs , yogurt and cereal, will stay here only if i have to but there are better hotels around at lower cost

Old hotel with mediocre breakfast! Shower paint peeling. Needs some good TLC. The breakfast was a joke. Some boiled eggs and bagels.
