Didn’t like the receptionist that night she should have had the day off cause she was sick. Like real sick. Then we were sent to the 3rd floor. No elevator in the building. Clean rooms, great breakfast !

Tout était super, personne vraiment gentil, la chambre propre silencieux J'y reviendrai

La 1e chambre qui m’a été attribuée n’avait pas de climatisation dans la chambre (contrôlé par la réception -??). Par contre, le réceptionniste a été d’une grande amabilité en m’offrant de changer de chambre. Excellent service par celui-ci ! La propreté n’était pas parfaite (cheveux dans la salle de bain et la chambre), mais c’était ok.

Stayed there for 3 nights and they didn’t even clean the room. We requested towels, toilet paper in the morning and we didn’t get them late at night. We left the garbage in the hallway and it sMost hotels do cleaning on the 2nd day

The staff at this establishment were very rude, not helpful, threats from the manager about releasing my rooms. We were asked to make a payment for 11:00 am when their policy states check in only at 4:00 PM. I selected “pay at the property” when I booked this hotel and yet the manager who I spoke to over the phone mentioned he will get rid of my rooms if I don’t make a payment at 11:00 am. This kind of service is not should not happen to anyone. The manager gave away my hotel room upon arrival, I am not sure why they would do this but ever since the threat at 11 am it seemed he was sure to do this to me. Hopefully this issue can be resolved and thank you very much.

Déjeuner ok mais café de la salle à déjeuner très très mauvais Chambre vraiment propre mais chauffage inadéquat et instable (il faisait froid) nous avons essayé de changer la température sur le thermostat mais ça ne fonctionnait pas plus de 30 minutes! Matelas fini tout creusé au centre Réceptionniste du soir ok mais celui du matin énervé par un autre client donc bête comme ses pieds…un peu fendant!!! Carton partout (verres et tasses), pas très écolo sauf pour assiette compostable de déjeuner
