The guy working at the desk was very unfriendly and short.

The shower experience was horrible. Water would go from freezing cold to way too hot to shower. It would change without adjustments. It was so bad it caused my son to fall. Needs to be addressed sooner than later. As an adult, it was either too hot or too cold to shower.

The long awaited updates were very much needed and were nice. However, some of the staff are not as service oriented as one might hope. The desk was wonderful. The bellmen and valet were excellent. But the bar staff were not at all service oriented and were somewhat rude. Expecially the security near the end of the bar shift on Thursday. Gruff, overbearing, and impatient come to mind. We were having a conversation and were forced to leave the bar area before 10:00.

Love the happy hour drinks, the lovely breakfast, and how the rooms really support families with small children. We stay here every year when visiting family. Best place to stay in Lincoln.

We enjoyed our stay. We lucked out and had a corner suite which was very nice. The made to order breakfast was my favorite.

Fantastic place to stay near the Haymarket and in close proximity to Memorial Stadium. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Great breakfast and evening drinks and snacks. Will definitely return.

We came for a Christian concert. Chose this hotel for its location to be able to walk to the pinnacle bank and truley enjoyed the hotel! One of the very few with a hot tub still. Yamilet did a amazing job at check in. She made sure we were aware of all the ammenities and answered all questions! Super friendly gal!

The breakfast is a big plus more me. Being able to wake up a just go down stairs is awesome. Only complaint I had about my stay was my room was extremely warm a the thermostat did seem to work as I turned it down a didn’t cool off. But I also didn’t tell maintenance. By the time it was to much I was checking out.
