Good old Fairmont. Disappointed in how yucky the lampshades and the carpet were, otherwise the decor needs a refresh, the furniture is scratched and dated… likely something is happening because the room next to us sounded like a construction area. Bedding was really good. Some things you can count on at a Fairmont Bar was a hard close “get out at 11pm” Other than the lounge, staff were all superlative.

Hotel is very dates and not overly clean. Pool was freezing and sauna was out of order. Signage from the parkade was not the best at all

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable Bathroom sink - had to unclog it every time we used it by pulling up the sink for the water to drain

Wasn’t great. Food outrages price, no hot tub. Much more. Staff was amazing though

Pre authorized credit card form way ahead of trip, staff at front, wouldn’t let check in happen without present, took over 25 minutes to figure it out. Major inconvenience when trying to make a sporting event, out of town travel.

Amazing staff

Customer service was amazing. Valet parking was amazing and they always had my car heated and ready for me in the morning. Check in and out was easy and painless. Will for sure be back!

Fast easy check in process; courteous staff at lobby/valet, front desk & in room dining. Comfy beds & lots of pillows to relax in.

Overall good experience

We stayed at the Gold floor for New year a few times over the last decade. The staff is always great and the helpful. My issues are more towards the management. The building is almost falling apart. 1. Sauna didn't function properly. 2. A couple of receptacle and lights didn't work in our room. 3. The room safe didn't work. 4. The cordless phone didn't work. One person had to manage the entire gold floor by himself. I mentioned the issues during check-out and the receptionist handled the complaint very professionally. I really hope that management will start updating the hotel soon.

Sausa doesn't work properly, outdated, at least for the price, a water bottle for the coffee in the room would be helpful. For the price, I expected more.
