Clean.

The hotel was very clean.The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help or get you anything you needed. We will be staying here again.

Great staff

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, rooms comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The only thing that was lacking was the landscaping outside. The grass was overgrown, the trees untrimmed, and the beds unmanaged. May not bother the average person, but having been a landscaper for many years it bothered me.

While it is an older property, they have made updates. The beds seemed new, soft, and comfortable.

The room was good but the cookies were even better. The only complaint I have is the shower pull-up thing didn't allow all the water to come to the shower but it was still ok. I would definitely stay again!! The pool was a hit with my granddaughter

Absolutely amazing guest service! Several extended family members were spread through out several rooms and all of us received stellar guest service!

Room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Had a minor problem with some ants around the jacuzzi and in the bathroom so that’s why I gave 4 stars. But overall the bed was comfy and staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I went for a relaxing night away. We booked a king suite with hetted tub. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only downfall was the jetted tub was kind of small for my husband and I due to him being 6'1". The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of options. The service was outstanding.

Needs some updating. Hester made clicking sound, shower curtain disgusting, shower plunger would not stay fully engaged so tub filling with water from faucet during shower, toilet needs replacing and toilet seat crooked. Rooms not at all soundproof as folks were yelling in hall for some time.

I was very pleasantly surprised, for the first time since covid, we finally had housekeeping come in and make the beds on a saturday.. and the front desk person was extremely polite and helpful

The smell of weed was so strong in the hallways that it came into our room. The property has definitely seen better days, kind of tired and worn. The bed was pretty lumpy, the cleaning job was so-so, and there wasn't enough food at breakfast.
