The stay was good. My only complaint is that the hot tub was absolutely disgusting and in desperate need of a clean. When we got out, there was gunk all over us. Took two showers to remove it.

Upon checked in, I was told that I did not have breakfast included. But I did pay for the breakfast service included. Another staff then corrected the issue by saying that yes, you do have breakfast. I was told to pick up my vouchers later. Hmm? I was told my room is at the corner but it's actually in the middle of the floor. Apparently, the staff at the front desk is not well trained.

great hotel. Well looked after and appointed. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Everything you need very close. Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Helpful staff, informative front desk clerk, really nice room, reasonable price for a family suite with kitchenette, complimentary drinks in the lobby. Warm ambience. Sauna and hot tub were great, but the pool was a bit cold. Should be heated more. Also the waterslides need more water coming down. Breakfast was delicious but very slow.
