It was closed to the fair grounds. It was not very helpful in getting transportation from the hospital to the airport. I even check with them twice with no luck. Could’ve been a little more helpful. Cleaning service was nice, polite and helpful.

Great hotel

What I liked about the hotel is that you are able to request shuttle to the airport for an additional cost (worth it because it's safe.) The only thing I didn't not like was that the carpet in the room we stayed in was very dirty as well as the toilet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel is outdated and needs a remodel asap. The carpet where our room was located on the on the first floor was torn and very dirty. There was no mini fridge in our room which I think is a necessity. The room itself was pretty outdated as well . It is within walkable distance to many places and we felt extremely safe.

The area was very close to downtown, the room was very clean and all employees were very nice and welcoming. Only thing is that the reservation says breakfast included but should say complimentary not the actual breakfast bar. Besides that everything was excellent.

They don’t give you how the service works like the way to use the elevator and hotel room

We like the staff and the location. Overall it’s very nice. The carpet had some big stains and our tv didn’t work well.

Everything was excellent,very clean, friendly staff, lots of shopping destinations around. The only downside is that the rooms have no fridge which was odd to me, i think this is the first time that i've stayed in a hotel with no fridge and a microwave too. If you don't mind the absence of the fridge go for it

We had a good stay at the Holiday Inn. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and clean. It had all the necessary amenities we needed. We felt very safe parking our vehicle in the garage. We would gladly stay at this property again.
