When we tried to check in, no attendant was at the front. We called and waited for over 25 mins before she returned from wherever she was. The hotel is very run down and doesn’t seem to be maintained or cleaned professionally. Our room was filthy; dirty floors, vents, stained walls and mattress. Bathroom toilet didn’t appear to be cleaned at all. We tried to book another hotel nearby but unfortunately nothing was available. It was disgusting.

Worst place on earth. Bed bugs, dirty rooms, bedding not clean. Ran by dirty Indians. That’s their culture though so it checks. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Horrible property. Dirty and unkept. The property looks abandoned when you drive up. The check in window is a solid glass and very unsafe. The staff was not friendly at all. It appears to be a pay by the hour type of place .

I booked a room for a 1 night stay for a concert in Cleveland that my son wanted to attend. We learned in the early afternoon the day of the concert that it had been cancelled. The property refused to allow a late cancellation. This was totally within their legal rights, but was certainly not friendly. They made 100% profit from us and had no room to clean.

Right off highway and easy to get into/out of! Very quiet and staff was super nice!!

The whole property smells like marijuana

The first room, the key didn’t work so they changed my room. I told them that I’d been up since 4am and wanted to sleep. I got to this room and the room looked decent till I went to the bathroom. Gross was my first thought! Stains on the wall. Dripping water. Dirt ring in the tub. Hair and residue behind the toilet seat. I called to the front desk and the gentleman was so rude. He didn’t apologize, just offered to move me to the prior room.

Staff were good, there is always someone at the front desk, I checked in late at 2:00AM The rooms, hallway, elevators smelled smoke. They don’t have microwave in the room, and no Coffee or breakfast in the morning.

Mold in bathtub, ice machine broke, holes in the wall

Bed was fine, bathroom was filthy, not been properly cleaned. Couldn't use the shower it was so dirty. Right off tbe highway exit so you had the highway noise also.

Air conditioner didn't work, but I was too tired to report it. And fortunately it wasn't that hot out. Had we been there a couple of days earlier when there was a heat wave, it would have been a big problem. The room also had a slight dingy smell. The whole building was very austere.

If you are a solo traveler or couple without children, a single night stay would be ok. However it’s not a place to bring kids. The lobby, elevators and stairwells reek of weed. We had bedbugs in the room. The night guy at reception was a highlight though - he arranged a new room for us that was bedbug free, without any hassle. We were also impressed by his ability to fix the vending machine without taking his eyes off the cricket for even a second. You sir are a legend

The place is a dump. The people were ok, but book somewhere else!

I wasn't there 5 minutes and got bit by something so my stay lasted 15 minutes and I. Out 289.00 thanks

The property was nice outside. But the rooms were disgusting. Doesnt seem like they clean them. Stained sheets. Food underbed behind dressser. I definitely wont stay here again.

Need a good rest before traveling and this place was great
