Great service, good breakfast, convenient location. The only issue was the air conditioner in the room. Extremely noisy, but the rest very good.

Bed was very firm which I like and linens were very good quality. Hotel is an Art hotel and excellent design. Highly recommend this hotel in Puebla, central location one block from el zocalo. Breakfast which was included was delicious with a good selection of breakfast items and fresh squeezed juice.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Stunning decor. The staff is TOP TIER. Professional, attentive and kind. The location is a short walk from the zocalo and popular shopping areas. The room was clean with comfortable beds and shower. The complimentary breakfast options were delicious and fresh. The lunch and dinner options were great. Beautiful view of the cathedrals and volcano from the room and terrace. Has a quiet and private room to work in with good wifi connection. I was impressed with the location and overall experience staying here! I must say that the staff is what made this experience amazing. I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit this beautiful city!
