We definitely go back to this hotel

It was ok Room very worn out, bathroom had a previous leak issue so shower was just mudded not finished and painted Room had no chair to sit in Staff were very nice

Nice room but there were small flies sometimes in the room. Staff are aware.

Close to the St John's airport. Breakfast package was well worth the minimal cost.

Not sure what qualifies as "excellent". Frankly I don't need to spend an extra $200 a night to have swan shaped towels. In my 5 city multi week trip this was my favorite hotel more so then the more expensive ones. Far and away (unintentional pun) the best sleep with the comfiest bed compared to the others. Short distance to downtown back and forth at around $16.50 each way. When I compared with others on Expedia it was almost 1/2 the price of the downtown chains. So our saving more than covered Uber and went towards activities.

Parents Take Note!! Pool slide is ONLY open on weekends! During the week the hotel wasn't busy so we ended up with pool to ourselves (and our kids) most nights. Laundry - don't use the dryer near the far wall - it doesn't work well and will cost you a fortune! Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean. We opted for this more affordable hotel and used the “saved” funds to rent a vehicle.

Staff were wonderful are this property and every time you were greeted with friendliness. Shout out to Joshua on the first day and Karen on the last. Check in and check out were a breeze. Pros: -Staff were kind and welcoming -Kids eat free with adult -Room was clean and daily housekeeping were nice -Laundry facilities available Cons: -Internet is very spotty sometimes non-existent -The pool is very cold and would benefit guests if heated -Breakfast service is not impressive. Even though guests are able to opt for breakfast, service should not lack since there’s gratuity (lunch and dinner service staff are amazing)

Bed sheet was dirty, asked house keeping for new one and was given a thin hospital like blanket to sleep with. There was stains on the walls and the stair wells were filthy. The pool was nice, but the gym wasnt kept clean there was multiple cups left and not picked up from the night prior.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. What we dont like was, no sugar/creamer packets in the room nor facial tissue. The front desk said they're running low on facial tissue and will get one from empty room. For a big hotel, i think it is strange to run out of supplies.

A nice, quite hotel about 10 minutes drive from downtown.

I liked that the property had a lovely walking trail around a pond located behind it. The staff were helpful and friendly. What I didn't like was that there was no hot tub at the pool, we had a room without a tub so were able to get one that did. By booking through expedia we didn't receive maid service or our breakfasts included. This should be something that is explicitly told to customers. before their booking a room with expedia. Each room should also have a microwave.
