The hotel was nice. The only issue was the doors are really loud opening. We had a large family staying near us that went in and out a lot at night that we could hear. The kids were screaming from the 3rd floor down to the pool and our room was 5 down from outside door so it was loud in our room. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel is not a great place. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable . We had to get extra pillows just to lay on top off. The bathroom ceiling had a see through hole exposing the plumbing and lights plugs. The toilet ran all night and did not flush immediately , we had to wait about 40 min before it would flush . The room also has a weird smell and the microwave didn’t spin properly. It was a short stay so we just made the best

You had the body slam the door to get it open, we were missing a door to the shower, the ceiling has been poorly repaired. The place was overall very dissatisfying. Hilton would be ashamed to know this franchise was offering at this such low quality.

The facility was close to our destination and convenient. The signage wasn't the best to know where to enter off the street. Check in was fine. The door to our room was almost impossible to open. It made a terrible noise when we forced it open or closed it for the night. I reported it to the desk clerk when we checked out. Also, the lighting in the room was very dim. No overhead light. The only place to do make up or check hair was in the bathroom. Everywhere else was too dark to see well. .

Bathroom was not clean. The room was dark and more lighting was needed. Shower curtain was too short and allowed water to wet the floor. The bathroom sink stopper was broken and the faucet aerator was missing allowing water to splash. The room was next to the elevator and the noise from its operation could be heard though the wall all night. Absolutely the worst Hampton Inn I've ever visited.
