Was a very unique and beautiful hotel blending old and new seamlessly. The staff was welcoming and kind and the The Knights Bar food was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our final stay in Ireland. The staff were so very helpful and staying in a castle complete with history was a plus. We recommend that everyone make this a destination on their Ireland trip!

The four of us stayed at the Clontarf Castle Hotel for two nights just before our tour of Ireland. We had planned this stay for months and we were not disappointed. In fact, as we drove up the roadway to the hotel, we noticed the meticulously groomed gardens and sitting areas. it was wonderful first impression. Our first impression of the hotel was one of delight and anticipation. The castle looked breathtaking, magical and medieval. Everything we expected and more. The hotel's history in the Dublin area is well founded. As we walked inside to the reception desk, old medieval plate armor statues greeted us. Ancient artifacts hung on the walls. Our first relaxed drinks were taken inside a small and curiously hidden room we called the dungeon. Our rooms were large, clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Staff were so friendly. The Knights bar was an excellent choice for meals and drinks. I could go on and on. Now don't forget about the very ancient cemetery that sits beside this hotel. A visit to this haunting location is a must for anyone who likes medieval stories and history. So if you want a bit of magic and medieval influence in your life, stay at the Clontarf Castle Hotel. You won't be disappointed and I'm sure it will be your hotel of choice on your next visit to Dublin.

We stayed for only one night. We enjoyed cocktails and wings at the Knights Bar. The wings were 10000% delicious and the staff was friendly. The room was lovely and clean. The property grounds are also lovely. the garden was sooooo pretty and we enjoyed a walk at night to explore.

We stayed here for one night before flying back to the US from Dublin. It was a nice way to end a long trip. Very comfortable rooms and beds and peaceful, beautiful grounds. The drinks in the bar were good and breakfast in the morning was perfect before heading to the airport.

Clean room and very nice bathroom. The castle is very cool to explore. The restaurants within were phenomenal. Easy walk to the bay front or even 30 min walk to St Anne's park. Friendly staff and very accommodating.

Not a place I would stay in again. Musty old smells, very poor fitness center, dated decor, and built for weddings not vacations.
