Incredible facility! Bed comfy, beautiful room with lots of space and view to the main piazza! Made our stay amazing!

Right on Bolzano’s main square. Convenient to everything.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was so spacious and well supplied. The location is excellent, walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Walkable from train station. Large rooms, clean and very good breakfast. Convenient location with lots nearby to explore. Staff was a pleasure! Would recommend.

A great hotel in the heart of Bolzano. My first stay at this particular property, I stayed further away from the centre before. The area is nice, good restaurants, grocery and other shopping. My room was upgraded and I got a huge room with a terrace and a jacuzzi tub. All amenities in the room were great and plenty. Parking was convenient and not too expensive.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed to make our stay in Bolzano enjoyable. The location is very walkable to restaurants, shopping and to the museums and points of interest.

One of my most favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! So amazing, and the breakfast is incredible!

Beautiful and historic hotel with lots of art. The rooms are large and comfortable. However, this is not the place to stay if you have a problem with stairs. Our room was on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator but it did not go to our level. Breakfast is included and it is wonderful! Lots of fresh fruit and baked goods, cured meats and cheeses. You can even make a mimosa!

Incredible location right in the square, very comfortable bed and the room is equipt with so many conviene items and storage. Nice TV as well!

The location - great, the staff - great, the breakfast - absolutely wonderful.

We stayed 2 nights in a room with stairs up to the bedroom. Our air conditioner did not work which we reported to the front desk after the first night. The second night it still was not working and it was super uncomfortable and hot so both nights with little sleep. The stairs down from the bedroom loft were so noisy that it was impossible to not wake up your partner if you had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night or up early the next morning.Seating in the room was not overly comfortable as well. Great location and the staff were very nice. The problem was probably just our room which was 304.

Not accessible as lots of interior steps and no ramps. Hotel wi-fi is not secure; staff provided passcode leading guests to believe safe. Fitness room had no exercise equipment or weights. AC cannot go lower than 22C—-/you do not want room on the west side.

Very nice hotel and located steps from the city center (very convenient). A delicous breakfast was included in our reservation. The room was very spacious. Only downside for us was the hard mattress. I would recommend for location and cleanliness.

I had a lovely large room on the top floor with skylights and the windows looked out on the main Platz. Hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from train station.

A wonderful place to stay. First class ambiance and an excellent breakfast.
