Great welcoming and respectful staff.

Perfect for driving by. Bed comfy pool refreshing breakfast easy back on the road

The air conditioner didn't work well in our room..The towels made our skin itch.There was blood on the bathroom wall.

Not very well taken care of. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was week and food was not very appetizing

older hotel but very clean, rooms were cold and the employees were super nice!! for the price and easy location would stay here again!

Run down property. Rooms felt damp. Slow shower drain but good water pressure.

Bed was comfortable and pillows. Bath tub had black mold in the grout and tiles around baseboards were dirty. Breakfast was not good .

It was good. The room was dated but very clean. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as the options did not work for us.

Check in and check out was a very smooth process. Friendly staff.

We were in the Omaha area for the college world series and all of the Omaha hotels were very expensive, so we decided to make the short drive Council Bluffs. This hotel is closer to Schwab Field than most of the west Omaha places which makes it a no brainer for those seeking the combination of affordable but still convenient.

Won't stay there ever again..this place was dirty good for contactors which there was alot of..felt unsafe with my wife...alot of men walking around at 9:00 at night in the parking lot staring at us..and I'm a retired cop and felt unsafe..

The staff was the best part of this property. They were kind, considerate and whatever the customer wanted they tried to provide.

We left after one night. The beds had dirty sheets. The bathroom was literally falling apart. The drain in the bath tub was loose, the toilet (not the seat, the whole thing) was loose. The sink knobs didn’t work

The smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag and the ceiling was full of lint The shower tiles were molded and coming apart Room was very dirty. This chain used to be a good bet but has not maintained any quality. Never Again.

The room was noisy during the night, bed uncomfortable, chair had a stain on it, and room out of date.

I didn’t like that when first checked in the guy was rude and said because I have my dog I couldn’t have the room I reserved, because there are certain rooms for pets. Which if anywhere on site ask if bring a pet I would have filled out, but then he didn’t have to be rude. The mini fridge in room was full of ice so couldn’t use. The pool was nice. The mulberries were a problem because they got on your feet and you would carry them everywhere.

Nice hotel with easy on and off from I-80. Felt very safe since it is located right next door to the Council Bluff Police Department. The management did a good job keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked with breakfast items. I highly recommend Barley's Bar and Grill on Broadway. The Thai Chicken Pizza was great, and they have a nice selection of beer.
